Khởi công xây dựng cầu nối 2 xã Vĩnh Thạnh Trung và Châu Phú

(Cổng TTĐT tỉnh AG)- Ngày 25/5, UBND 2 xã Vĩnh Thạnh Trung và Châu Phú phối hợp tổ chức Lễ khởi công xây dựng cầu Kênh 2 (bắc qua Kênh 10 Châu Phú) nối liền 2 địa phương. Lãnh đạo Đảng ủy, HĐND, UBND, Ủy ban MTTQ Việt Nam 2 xã Vĩnh Thạnh Trung, Châu Phú và đông đảo người dân địa phương cùng tham dự.

Cầu Kênh 2 có kết cấu bê tông cốt thép, chiều dài 36,21m, bề rộng toàn cầu 5m, bề rộng phần xe chạy 4,5m, tải trọng 8 tấn. Tổng kinh phí thực hiện công trình 2,28 tỷ đồng từ nguồn xã hội hóa.

Việc triển khai xây dựng cầu Kênh 2 nối liền 2 xã Vĩnh Thạnh Trung - Châu Phú nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu đi lại, vận chuyển hàng hóa của Nhân dân địa phương.
