Thực hiện ý kiến chỉ đạo của Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực UBND tỉnh Nguyễn Thanh Phong tại Công văn số 6483VP-KT ngày 7/4/2026: Thống nhất đề xuất của Sở Tư pháp tại Công văn số 2400/STP-XDTHPL ngày 14/4/2026 về việc ý kiến đăng ký xây dựng Quyết định bãi bỏ Quyết định số 25/2020/QĐ- UBND ngày 21/12/2020 của UBND tỉnh Kiên Giang (trước đây). Sở Công Thương đã xây dựng dự thảo Quyết định bãi bỏ Quyết định số 25/2020/QĐ- UBND ngày 21/12/2020 của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Kiên Giang ban hành Quy chế quản lý kinh phí phát triển công nghiệp hỗ trợ trên địa bàn tỉnh Kiên Giang để trình UBND tỉnh ban hành.
Ngày 28/4/2026, Sở Công Thương 79King đăng nhập ban hành Công văn số 1579/SCT-QLCN về hỗ trợ đăng tải dự thảo văn bản quy phạm Tải game Kinh 79 về điện thoại trên Cổng thông tin điện tử tỉnh để xin ý kiến góp ý dự thảo Quyết định của UBND tỉnh.
