Representing the Kingdom of Cambodia were Mr. Ho Sivyong, Member of the Government, Director General of the General Department of Trade Support Services, Ministry of Commerce; Mr. Vei Samnang, Governor of Takeo Province; Mr. Yong Sovathana, Deputy Governor of Takeo Province; Mr. Khon Sereiratha, Deputy Governor of Kandal Province; and Mr. Khiev Rithiphorn, Deputy Governor of Kampot Province.

Also attending were Mr. Do Viet Phuong, Commercial Counselor and Head of the Vietnamese Trade Office in Cambodia; and Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Vice President of the Khmer-Vietnamese Association in Cambodia.

At the meeting, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Thanh Phong, expressed his pleasure in welcoming the leaders of Champasak province (Lao People's Democratic Republic); Takeo, Kandal, and Kampot provinces (Kingdom of Cambodia), and the Khmer-Vietnamese Association in Cambodia to attend the meeting and courtesy visit.
